New International Students

Welcome to Phillip Exeter Academy's International Student Community

The Office of Multicultural Affairs looks forward to welcoming you to campus in the fall.  Here on our website you will find helpful information about International Student Orientation, applying for a student visa, and some of the opportunities to become  involved in our international community.  Our International Student Coordinator,Christine Knapp, is happy to answer questions that  you may have as  you prepare to become an Exonian.  If you would like to be contacted over the summer months by a current international student, please e-mail Christine Knapp.  In your e-mail message, tell us a little bit about yourself and your interests.  We will match you with a current student who will contact you in June.

Emergency Hosts

All international students, including Canadian students, are required to provide the Office of the Dean of Students with two emergency host contacts who reside in the United States.  We hope that we will never need to call upon the emergency hosts, but in order to protect the health and safety of our students we request that international students provide emergency host families. If you do not have family or friends in the United States who could serve as an emergency host family, then please notify us that you are unable to provide us with a contact.  You will be asked to complete the International Boarding Student Out-of-Town Permission Form over the summer months. Please pay careful attention to this form and provide the Office of the Dean of Students with emergency host contact details.
