Teaching Opportunities in the Summer School
Prospective teachers might think of the Summer School as a school within a school, Exeter's fourth academic session. Each summer we welcome nearly 700 students to our campus. Our UPPER SCHOOL and ACCESS EXETER curricula offer them a wide variety of academic opportunities for growth and discovery.

Our faculty of nearly 150 teachers and teaching interns comes to us from a number of academic communities. Many teach at Exeter during the regular school year; many are instructors at other private and public secondary schools; some are engaged in graduate studies. They have in common a passion for their work and a deep commitment to young people.
